Fried Prawns with Butter

Ingredients

7pcs         Prawns

2 cloves    Garlic, minced

1pc        Chili, cut in slices

some      Pepper

some      Fresh parsley, chopped

 

 

Seasoning

3 tbsp      PRB Superior Light Soy Sauce

10g        Butter

1/4 tsp     Sugar

 

Method

1.   Marinade prawns with PRB Superior Light Soy Sauce for 15 mins.

2.   Melt the butter and then add 1 tsp of vegetable oil. Add the garlic, chili and prawns, fry prawns over a low heat until both sides are pink.

3.   Add sugar on prawns and pour the marinade sauce in fry pan. Cook for 30 seconds over a high heat. Garnish with fresh parsley on top.
